How fast will I receive my orders?

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping, although items are usually shipped as soon as possible. All orders are shipped via DHL/ Deutsche Post. 

What payment methods du you accept?

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange unworn and unwashed (no exceptions) items within 15 days of the date of purchase. If you need to return an order, simply email [email protected] and request an item return form. Please include your order number found in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by Chinchilla Berlin.
